    Our task was to help Spotify understand how their US audience discovers and uses the service in order for the brand to better serve them. 

    We conducted significant qualitative research to understand the various consumer journeys, the key "on-ramps and off-ramps" for acquisition, and the barriers among key target audiences. 

    We mapped out all our learnings and implications into a messaging architecture for Spotify. The roadmap helped the brand better communicate its full breadth of features to consumers both in marketing and in user experience.
