Next insurance wanted to be the first choice provider to the massively underserved market of small business professionals.
While the promise of owning a small business is great, the reality is that most small businesses are in a constant state of risk. The fear of making a catastrophic move can weigh on an entrepreneur’s confidence - a crucial ingredient in growing a business.
We needed to position Next Insurance as an active supporter of small businesses. To bring that idea to life, we developed an aesthetic and voice that embodied a sense of vibrancy, opportunity, and growth, avoiding fear-based and authoritative cues.
