Positioning and Go-to-Market Plan
We took a look at what masculinity means today and, together with internal stakeholders created a singular, culturally relevant positioning for the network. We hosted a series of workshops, spoke to dozens of Esquire readers and evaluated all current and upcoming programing for the network. At the end of our engagement we provided Esquire network with a roadmap for both how to message more effciently and what types of shows best fit their new positioning.
